The contract involved consulting on a variety of recycling areas from glass to ferrous and non-ferrous material, to MSW, wood, paper, electronic waste (Ewaste) and tires for the Asia Pacific Region, east of India. The cancellation is due to failures to deliver in certain obligations by Hong Kong Alliance Fund Ltd.
