At these levels, I personally think that volatility is more the result of investors personally dumping shares or trying to manipulate the PPS to lower levels. We dropped from .14 back to .10 as the result of just a few million shares being sold. Some people are day trading the stock and it creates a period of ups and downs until those shares can be purchased by investors that hold.

As the PPS increases, this type of investment strategy should have a reduced influence on dropping the share price rapidly as we have seen a couple of times as of late.
