Yes, that's the limitation to FINVIZ. it's mainly for big board stocks. Non SEC reporting OTC stocks don't make it. Thus it's rare to find a sub or micro there.

About the only way to find ONLY the cream of the OTC crop is. Under screener Descriptive all the way to the right. Choose Price: under a dollar from the drop down list.

Over 6,000 stock on finviz and that gives 250 , mostly penny stocks. Sometimes a sub will show up. But rare.
