Really now? Why would an MM be stupid enough to try to manipulate with an 80 cent trade? It was either;

A) someone clearing out their last shares via an agreement with their broker,

B) the follow up to a partial fill or

C) the company trying to raise the last 5 day closing average for a Private Placement.

I think its A.
