These reserve equity financing agreements really are a joke. Why would a company give a big discount on stock price and give out hundreds of millions of shares as a Commitment fee to AGS? If otow dictates when ags has to buy stock to raise funds, what is the difference between what is happening now where otow is selling stock directly to raise funds?

Either way, massive dilution takes place and price drops to nothing. Why speed it up by giving away hundreds of millions of shares to ags?
