HUGE RED FLAG----- hasn't anyone noticed that on the company website there is a contact page--- on that contact page you have an address and a phone number.... Call that number folks..... It's a virtual office.... Receptionist has no info of this business. Also, she will tell you that it's a single story building-NOT FIVE FLOORS. These guys at TADF can't even make up a fictitious address that makes sense let alone run a company..... This was a P ans D scheme.... They put out PR's declaring LOI's purposely because LOI's are not substantial and can be null at any time. Perfect PR's for P and D since they have no accountability. No PR's with actual substance, only hypotheticals and ISSUANCE of MORE SHARES! Worked perfectly for them.
Read the PR's- they say that these "acquisitions" will be reviewed and accepted/denied wIthin 30 days.... Notice how nothing has been mentioned since.... Lastly, would you really sell your company to another company that has no revenue coming in and in debt millions for just stock? Answer is a resounding NO!
Red flags galore folks.... Do your own DD....it takes 5 mins to make the call
