Back in May, I speculated that Dr. K, might use ANTS to develop a cloud based foreclosure/real estate database/software, or AVM (automatic valuation model), or both. His company, Real Data Inc, used avm and provided valuable data to realtors and investors. AVM models are used by banks, lenders and investors. Just did a web search and found this pr from July 16, 2012.
