Going to back to yesterday's filing on changing accounting firm. It seems by looking at former CPA firm, Berman & Co http://bermancpas.com/, an the new one EKS&H http://www.eksh.com/index.cfm/ID/2/About-Us/ ... That they changed for a larger and better firm. EKS&H seems to be the largest in Colorado and with strong connections in china ... However a bigger move it would be to switch to a global firm ... I hope they do this in the future ...

Anyone has any reference as to EKS&H?
