I believe if the debt was a pressing concern, the company would have addressed it by now. At this point they are paying the interest, and I believe it's not an issue.

Since paying it off in one large payment probably is not going to happen, imo, then, if they issued shares or made another loan to pay it off, I don't think there would be any effect on the stock price.

Something that will increase revenues immediately, imo, will be more valuable to the share price, such as the new manufacturing facility approval, and the new drug product approvals.

Just my opinion..
