Hey Slick I don't know if you read the last deleted post,well here is the latest. Apparently there is a litigation that has been ongoing for the past 5yrs. or there about's.The litigation is "Eastriver Navagational Impediment Lawsuit" NYS has to divest themselves by court order of 400,000 shares.According to a new poster who has emerged and shed some light on to us who are in the dark.So now we at least know that Pontus and Mr,HongKong and the latest poster are well informed as to the "What is happening" as to a lawsuit.The lawsuit is public info.So I would suggest IMHO to sit back and watch things unfold by year's end.This is strictly a judgement call on my part.As I said I will be looking at an entry point as the price lower's.I will as stated be looking in the teen's....All the best
