Don't overlook the importance of 16-10-12..... when oral arguments are scheduled to be heard in a D.C. appeals court to challenge the DEA's classification of marijuana as a "schedule-one drug" ..... while allowing modern science to make their case this time ..... the four plaintiffs look solid..... take a look .....

A favorable outcome could have immense consequences for a company with the capacity to produce quality lab analysis of market oriented cannabis. RIGH is posturing to enter the MMJ niche with a new name. Is the name delay due to federal red-tape? ..... which would be easy to believe ..... or not having their stringer of business affairs in order? ..... or both? .....

The Florida legal case in discussion falls under, "Contract and Indebtedness."..... so ..... Speculative allegations concerning criminal intentions appear to have no merit."

Speculation: If Florida had the first Bud Genius lab facility ..... then is it possible they interpret entitlement to process rights and/or income from subsequent facilities? ..... just my two cents with no real guidance here ..... which might explain the wisdom of not reporting the numbers until the first legal issue is settled ..... and just for fun ..... let's mix in the allegations of Dwyer recently picking up a "clean-shell" ..... for what? ..... a place to recover and reorganize? ..... Does it matter? .....

I say ..... let's look toward the positive side for a bit ..... What happens to demand for BG expertise if marijuana's schedule-one classification falls? ..... Yeah .... kind of like the gold- rush ..... in a way ..... BG is not looking for an analytical laboratory model ..... they already have it ..... don't they? ..... What is the company sales-pitch all about anyway? ..... anyone can send them a sample and pay the fee ..... Righ.t?

Three billion six-hundred million shares makes a very attractive body of shares to whittle away with share buyback ..... so shareholders can take more interest ..... and plan to own more shares .....

The BG business model doesn't look too complex from here ..... just plug it in and get it running ..... i thought they already did? .....some of us believe it is running ..... just not fully UP ..... at this point ..... it would help a lot if big brother would lighten up ..... and let the sector run ..... and finally listen to all the people who will be voting soon ..... the whole world is waiting .....
