What makes anyone think the Cotara delay is PPHM related.
It is either the longest discussion imaginable to get a trial design approved by the FDA or they wont provide the path to registration in any form for reasons yet undisclosed.
IMO they would move forward if they could but as of now they can't.
Again IMO if the FDA provided a pathway to Phase 3 and ultimately NDA there would be a partner, so far that has not happened and we don't know if it ever will.
Which is a little confounding since on the surface the treatment warrants a place in the treatment of this unmet need.(GBM).
