I know some here are disappointed with the absence of SP movement upward. Given all the recent selling, I think it’s a good thing the SP has gone nowhere. IMO, it’s a sign of pretty big support. Someone was buying all those shares. The last 30 days has had daily volume range from about 240K to 4.3 mill. Big day or low volume the SP basically flat-lined at 0.11, the exercise price. I don’t think that’s coincidence. IMO DROP is working closely with a B/D who is willing to really support this deal. And sometimes, if they want stock badly enough, they might even bash a board in an attempt to free some up. Your biggest bashers could be your biggest supporters. They are often LONG, not SHORT. Remember, Fish had us fooled for awhile….good one Fish.
Also, from their latest letter to us,
“Both Companies anticipate that the final formula will be test-ready by September 21st, 2012, and enter into Macular Health's efficacy validation research and commercialization efforts over the next six months.”
When a stated date from DROP follows the word ‘at’ or ‘by’, I mentally replace it with ‘around’. No big deal. And the above mentioned “six months”? Isn’t that about the required time for FDA approval for sublingual classification?? Maybe that's the route they use. They did give a lot of $ to Macular. Dunno.
I didn’t see much talk about the Army connections either. Maybe I missed it. But I didn’t miss this, “Fuse has been working diligently with its Science Team to meet the requests from General Dickerson and other military officials.” What exactly does THAT mean? Sounds pretty ‘active’ to me. How about if a year from now the Army says, this magic goo in a bottle (I love it. BG always makes me smile when he calls our products goo) really does work, it takes up no space, and it weighs nothing. Why aren’t our soldiers in the field packing this???
Today's 8K? No problem. Means nothing to we long-term LONGS. My only 'bit' of a concern is for those warrant holders who did sell half their positions to extend the other half until Nov 9th based on this 8K statement from the 5th......." In addition, for each presently outstanding Series B Warrant exercised by a holder on or before September 21, 2012, the Company will extend the expiration date of one (1) additional presently outstanding unexercised Series B Warrant held by such holder (if any) to November 9, 2012.".........Ouch. If I had 300K warrants and excercised 150K for no gain just to extend my other 150K until 09 Nov, and then they say ALL warrants are extended, um, yeah, I might be a little pissed. But I'm on the outside looking in like you guys. Any thoughts on that? AND, why 09 Nov?? That's 7 weeks/49 days, which is industry standard for........nothing. AND, expecting a 15 Nov earnings realease, it's the week BEFORE earnings. That has had me perplexed. Again, thoughts??
My optimism also persists partially due to the unknown. This management team is FULL of surprises. Good surprises stemming from good connections. I can’t wait for the next pleasant surprise from them. Anyway, I ramble. Long DROP! Everyone have a good weekend. I’ll be fishin tomorrow!
