It happens everyday down here, and unfortunately the majority are not the exception.

I can not agree with you in regards to the split. APDN in my estimation during the next 12 to 18 months can use an extremely large free-flowing shares or 'free-trading-shares' because of how quickly this will mature.
Scenario: Can you imagine a $20.00 stock trading with a small float? I can't

I suspect even though I don't have factual info.... institutional buying could be taking place... or better said WILL be taking place sometime soon.

Fund managers with years of experience do not pass up the opportunity to seek-out the next new market with the backing of the US Govt.
