The only information anyone has on MSE acquisition is the last update which GTGP and MSE were finalizing the acquisition. No one has any other facts or proof of any change to this. The temporary trading suspension for a basic adequacy of filings issue has no bearing on this process. Updating filings and getting the SEC's nod on it can and will resolve that situation. MM's will be knocking each other over to get back to GTGP trading...
