I called George Kim at 10:30am and he picked up the phone. I asked him if MA is parners with them or do they have full control. He didnt want to answer other questions but he did make it clear that MA is parners with them.
Also I told him that since the takeover many share holders are in the dark as whats really going on, and he said he will PR soon.

I liked the way he did give me much but told me what I needed to hear

All we need is a few more investors to call in and verify things. Thanks for posting.
