If you own a real company that has to do with something major and helping people who are in need of this product and should be huge you would think they would be helpful, honest, nice, and have a receptionist who is there answering phone calls all day. The calls they don't answer for me makes me wonder how many other phone calls they don't answer and if they were a major company going to be doing BIG things I'd think they would answer all phone calls that come in as it could be the next huge order or someone interested in being a major distributor for them
