They've had a month and a half to get the merger ready to complete, but there are no filings in Nevada or New York

if you read the release you'd know there is no filings as of yet. it's right there in black and white COREwafer Industries can now move quickly ahead with the filing of paperwork with state and regulatory bodies regarding its acquisition of Core Wafer Systems that were previously on hold, pending this settlement.
