Playing Monday morning quarterback here.....

"This funding is over a period of three years, which gives us appropriate equity-based financing when we require it."

So I guess the increase in the AS was primarily to pay for this equity based financing....

What does this tell us common guys here ...that the financial gurus probably smarter than us- looked in depth at Vals plans over the next 3 yrs and said hmmm we could make some money here ......loans from banks - entities are extremely hard to secure in this economic climate as we all know.

So this speaks volumes and indicates more than just a simple loan was secured - they bought into his detailed business plan , did extensive DD , and were happy with what they saw....
