"Could someone please tell me when the market cap is $408k"  The short answer to that is "No", no one can tell you what the market capitalization is until and unless Drake removes the gag from its transfer agent, because no one knows how many shares are now outstanding.  In the meantime, don't believe anything you hear from anyone else (including the company).  I don't know where the $408k is coming from, because the market capitalization almost certainly already exceeds that.  Just the billion shares that were previously authorized, and which were evidently used up (or close to it) when the company raised its authorized share count to 2 billion, would produce a market capitalization of $500,000 at a $0.0005 share price.

If you're new to this, it would be just as well to wait and watch (for whatever reason seems appropriate) anyway, which will be a great learning experience.
