I think FINRA has the last say about reverse splits. As of today, I do not see any approval by FINRA about the reverse split on outstanding shares.

As of today, there are approx. 998 million of authorized shares to be used.

Remember, just before BM left in 9/2011, he received 500 millions shares or 16.7% of total shares.

I think the company consists of DS and BM.
