Normally, when there is bankcruptcy, trading is stopped and there is at least some Press releases.

No press release because they all were let go and there is nobody left to do it.

But they did file the SEC document.

Lots of stocks trade after filing for bankruptcy. That is why they stick the Q on the end- TO WARN INVESTORS ABOUT WHAT IS GOING ON.

The Ticker Symbol is not dropped because it has value. After the trustee is finished his work he can sell the Ticker Symbol as another asset. There are a lot of companies out there that want to buy shells companies. That is what this will become, just a shell for someone else to use.
