Thanks for the Repost. I had missed that, I went off the board for a little while when things / people went to the darkside.

I couldn't agree with you more. I think that radio interview He did was one of the best things he has done. I have been around a lot of people who are really good BSers and What tipped me over the edge for buying into KMAG was that interview. I didn't detect any BS, just a committed, honest hard working man who does what he says. The DD looked great and KMAG looked like a solid investment, while financials are important, I look at the management of a company. Without effective management you can sink a company quick. What has impressed me about KMAG more so then most companies, is they do what they say. We are adding officers, done. We are going to have blow out revenue, done, we are going to do a buy back, done. This is why when he says they are working on fixing this SEC issue, I believe him. He has a history of doing what he says.

Not too often in this life you find a company like this. Most pinks that get into trouble with the SEC might never come back, but most pinks aren't KMAG..
