Here's an idea that has not been mentioned. JR could reverse merge with another comapny with a small O/S ( 100-150 million) count and then do a 1 for 1 exchange of shares with current KMAG shareholders.

The billion or so shorts would be off the hook BUT the bright side would be we move away from this hanis act that blinsided KMAG
