As you know, any embryonic company comes out with its original plan. If it's a simple plan for an uncomplicated business, to be run locally, that original plan is only likely to change by around 40% before the company opens its doors.

If, however, the company has a complicated plan, for something that has never been done by a Western company before, in a nation that does not think the way we do ..... I would expect that original business plan and subsequent adjustments, to alter dramatically. Am I missing something here?
