If he's in China

He's a free man,No? Maybe thats why he moved to China.
The bigger question is,
Will Toups move to China?

I have no ideal about any lawsuits or present legal
issues of James Crane,nor do I care.My point is that he
was barred by the PCAOB and he was the past
CFO of LPH.Its all about the trail.The Trail leads
back to LPH where he was the CFO.
