Hey Cat, what makes you think that the shares sold over the past week are related to the lawsuit? Maybe the few thousand shares sold are stockholders looking to get out while they can make a small profit, only to buy it back when it tanks? Based on what I am reading on this website, I think the lawsuit selling has not even began. I think we haven't seen anything yet, the pain is coming soon and MSWM is going south to 7 cents! Maybe it's time to sell now and re-buy when we think it hits rock bottom. Good Luck to all! SLICK
