So I have read this a few times and think I see the logic. Is it true if I put a 60 day sell limit order for say $1.05 then those shares are considered locked up because they might sell and cant be borrowed or anything for shorting purposes? Please let me know and I will do it. I only hold 1.4 million shares, but I guess every bit helps. Thanks!
