Corporate turnarounds are almost never engineered by a single person. A CEO who takes a failing company and makes it successful again obviously has help from management, a board, along with customers and shareholders.

Support from the customers - Absolutely, they still buy the products
Support from the Shareholders? - I believe we have the support of most of the shareholders. We still have to prove ourselves to some, like Tony but that's OK. We cannot let up and need shareholders like Tony to ensure we are doing our very best.

So what's nest?
We are focused on the completing the final steps to petition the BCSC to release us from their jurisdiction. I can's speculate on how long that will take. It could take a few weeks to a couple of months. It just depends on their timing. It is out of our control.Period.

We are focused getting back to basics and that's selling our second to none products. No company in the marketplace has what we have and that has avVaa in a envious position. We need to capitalize on that by spreading the Neuroskin brand around the world. Satisfied customers will be key to this turnaround and that's what the management team is focused on.

Competition - Proactiv
The company spends about $125 million a year buying time for its infomercials on channels like VH1 and MTV as well as Web sites like Facebook.

Proactiv has become a blockbuster by motivating consumers to trade up from a $4.99 drugstore product like Clearasil, made with the antibacterial agent benzoyl peroxide, to a 60-day, three-part regimen, also made with benzoyl peroxide, that costs $19.95.

How is avVaa going to do this?
Well, we obviously cannot spend $125 million a year on advertising. We support our advertising on sales and sales alone. We are getting back to the basics and not going for the homerun. We are not going to dilute. If there is no sales, then we don't advertise. plain and simple. I know the previous management team tried to hit the homerun with the DRTV campaign and there is nothing wrong with that..after all it worked for ProActiv. However, of you do not have a huge surplus of cash in the bank it will not work. In order for DRTV to work, you must keep doing it every month...for many months. That's why the DRTV campaiged failed the first time.

I understand that there are anxious shareholders out there waiting for their investments to show green in their brokerage accounts. Remember, I started as a shareholder and mine is also -90% down. Trust me, you have a friend and confidant on the inside. Nobody on the management team is taking/accruing a salary from avVaa right now. Every penny generated is put back into the company. That is the only way this is going to work.
