Asyi has alot of debt so even if they have the NOLs to help offset taxes owed , a company who acquires ASYI through a supposed merger is still responsible for the debt ASYI owes. Taking on another companies massive debt by going public is an unnecessary baggage unless the NOLS FAR OUTWEIGH the debt
