You say market cap whiped out? We needed to continue operations in order to stay in buissiness with
going development, wges, rent etc anyway so how can we reaklly estimate that?

You say you have no proof of Semple and Cooper starting the Audit! Well if it is any consolation, I was in in Phoenix in mid July and saw them there on 3 different days. At that time they were working on the audit so I believe your doubt is not well founded!

I can only tell you what I see and hear! You can believe or not that is your choice. I have offered what I believe to be valid observations , the rest is up to you!
