Quite frankly Crow... I am shocked. what are you trying to say, CDEx is not adhereing to the schedule submitted to the court.

They still have the 40 some-odd page operators manual completed don't they? That's a good start.

It's always a good idea to complete the operators manual before designing and building the product- it's sorta a reverse engineering thing.

Write a "wish book" on ideally how one would want the product to perform, then go and try to build one.

If it doesn't work according to the manual, tweak the manual.

I wonder how many PP investors were introduce to the iG4 manual as part of the sales pitch.
