I should have read the whole page. So the stock will start trading again on Monday Oct 1? Could stop soon after if the court rules against the company.

I have owned shares for about 18 months now. It was beginning to look like the share price was going to move up. Patience is a virtue.

A hearing has been set for October 1, 2012, on the Commission’s motion for a preliminary injunction. Separately, the Commission issued an order suspending trading in the securities of Freedom from September 17, 2012 through September 28, 2012
