That would save them billions of dollars . There is 50 billion dollars a year waisted due to Opiod abuse. It is just not the addicted person , its treatments, family , home, Work,expenses funerals,criminal activity, insurance co, insurance premiums dr visits. Anna Nicole Smith had 12 different drugs in her system, her son ? Abuse cost alot ELTP
