the montana standard said no comment from MSE or GLOBAL which i think means NDA is in affect , cause deal will still go through , WHY you may ask the TEST results were not what the longs have been saying , they were BETTER.

as the B-blogger said he can have MSE just come up with 7mil. ????
being as some have said he transfered notes and such with falcon;
WHy not assume thier debt of 5 or 6 MIL. and pay the difference in cash.
which again by some heres account his associates sold shares to us buyers , so getting 1 or 2 mil should be easy.
