All the paperwork is ready and has been now for over 2 weeks.

We were advised by our legal team to hold off due to the investigations and actions against the "attackers," that are now being investigated by authorities.

We are hoping to re-submit the additional information shortly, but of course under legal advice.

My inquiry was similiar to Cino's... such as if OTC and Nevada paperwork could still be filed and how it shouldn't interefere with an investigation. I then also mentioned about statements posted here and that "PR'd" clarifications for shareholders would be helpful.

Just two examples... the others I was asked NOT TO POST, but I kinda let the "cat outta the bag," only because I wanted to share my speculation on the context for the "terrorist" comment ... nothing more.


Again, do I believe it all true??? I don't know. Like I said before, as with almost all things--- time will tell.
