As Snizzle says, "any Green is good." The way things have been going, I'll take it. Don't read too much into the "terrorists" comment. I believe it's more a reaction from their anger and frustration.

Apparently, for the past couple of months, Perla has been receiving harrassing/annoying phone calls. Then, their website was hacked into. Then, their past customers were contacted... both their satisfied customers, as well as (as with any business) their unhappy customers. Finally, some of us here wrote to the IR regarding some statements posted here and requesting clarification. When they reviewed the board here, well, you all know what's been said about Perla and it's CEO. And finally, instances involving forged & fraudulent Company checks. So, I believe the "terrorist" declaration was out of emotion.

I was informed awhile ago re: an investigation involving several law enforcement entities in regards to the above, but I do not know it's progress or status, other than it's "on-going."

I agree with you, this should not affect them from submitting required paperwork with the OTC and the Nevada SOS. The best way to combat accusations thrown your way is to work hard to prove them wrong! Instead it has been pretty quiet. As a result, we've seen the PPS slide and volume drop. Just holding & waiting for now.

For now, I think we're just one good, informative, and substantive PR (real, no fluff) away from shaking this off ... which I hope is not too far out. Hang in there everybody -- with fingers crossed.
