Hmmmm I wonder why the company is still going by "Nutrition 21, Inc." and NOT NXXI, Inc.

Why is this symbol still on the trading boards and why the hell does BoA own so much of this stock. From what I can tell only one insider ever sold his shares. Something is not right here.
