Wii someone enlighten me please. Here is a company that has a pile of derelict aluminum tied to the dock for two years, has no crew or divers. An administration that knows nothing about ships, boats, barges, dredges, marine construction or anything near it but they're now going into the marine port development business. I don't recall that they know anything about international marine shipping or import and export business. All of which are already well established in the Dominican Republic. What happened to the treasure hunting and the new water maker craze? Any sales figures on the last one? The show goes on.
