A R/S with a company that has positive cash flow and no debt with real products is OFTEN a positive for the pps. It is a R/S that happens with no positive cash flow, no real product and a ton of debt that is the kiss of death.

You are quite right. An RS with a growing company will have no negative impact on the PPS, after the initial shock (which almost always happens...probably where the idea of a self-fulfilling prophecy came from), but will recover in the coming days of trading.
