Isnt that because the amount of dollars required to maintain the Big Board exchange listing is astronomical and pretty much out of the question for any startup to consider ? Some are bixxxxng already about how he is burning through shares - imagine if we had those big board compliance costs all this time while things are getting rolling.......something to think about.
