In my opinion I was lied to by the company through Press releases to entices me to convert my SDVI shares for Graffiti shares which for almost 2 years have know market value and can't be traded yet. I hope the SEC takes action soon and if laws were broken those that broke the law should be held accountable to the full extent of the law.
