Two things to keep an eye on. Jay is going to have all the emeralds tested. I would take that to mean that if Jay brings out the good emeralds for testing. ( and I am sure there are emeralds worth a good deal of money. ) Then the Fisher's can re-examine whether or not they want to re-enter their case about the emeralds. Remember the Fisher's wanted to with draw from the case because their expert only examined emeralds that he said were worthless.



Does anyone else notice here that the examination by the REAL emerald expert is taking MUCH longer than the one that the Fischer's used? Suppose we may get a true evaluation instead of one that states the emeralds are worthless. The Fischer's had there shot Capted, and now you say when Jay brings in someone that has credentials in this field that they will then again try to get back on the case? They really are doing their best to drag this out. The Fischers did not want to withdraw because of the emeralds being worthless. They stated that there was no way that the emeralds in litigation came from the Atocha. The price given by the Fischers "expert" was not a deciding factor. If you are going to bash, bash with facts and get your story straight.

For someone that is not connected to this case, you sure seem to state to be very close to everyone and know then and see them on the streets and have "no problems" with them. JTR will win this case Capted, ORRV will end up a winner in this case and their endeavors. The one that you supposably financed.

You Capted as well as the Fischers will be the looser. And as for Gerry Edwards, perhaps he will go into hiding after this case. Nobody likes a Chimo.
