I wouldn't call it investing Actuate, serious investors don't risk their money on paid for PR's and fake documentation posted on IHUB boards.

GDSM in my opinion is falsifying information to lead you to believe they have anything other than worthless dirt. There has been not a single shred of evidence to proove otherwise this entire year. And furthermore, now there is not a shred of evidence they are doing anything about it on their website, it's all been removed, why?

If it looks like a SCAM, in the Pinkie market, it usually is. GDSM sure looks like one to me.
