I sure hope it does NOT mean Reverse Merger because that usually spells trouble for small street holders. It is sometimes the case that the new owner issues to themselves huge blocks of stock so as to take control (in exchange for vending in their stuff) but then does a huge reverse split to bring down the number of shares issued and bring up the price of the stock (PPS) to a respectable value. Hundreds of millions of shares and a sub penny price is not respectable in some circles.
