As far as we know, no payments are made and they have been loaned additional (at least $450k) money from AllPro.

I guess I haven't been paying attention because I don't remember that part of the equation.
Actually that makes me feel a tad better because it would give LoCastro a reason to stay on if he gets to keep the empty PCBM shell.
