Hey Ernie. At what point would you even considering selling this and staying away, with all the recent press that I've seen.

So if they don't let a shareholder committee be formed and it DOES stay in NY, would it be a waste to keep holding?

I'm just looking at when to just cut lose and move on. I'm all for holding for a longer time if this has a good chance to break out. But, there is also a point where that may never happen. I would rather not get stuck with nothing. I know you are definitely waiting and holding out, but just looking at your insight as to what you are looking to do.
