At this level, yes MM's control the price as evidenced by the other day when they slammed it down pre-market. As you indicate in your post, you do not want to be a victim of MM manipulation which indicates that you understand how much influence and control they have at this penny level. Once Elite goes higher, at some point MM is not able to control it at will any longer though and that time will come eventually.
