Thanks for the investment advice!! I have sold off the vast majority of over 2 million shares due to the unwillingness of the company to provide information as to the progress of the company. On the other hand, I also believe that those with insider information have been buying shares at strong prices over the past year, which leads me to believe there is something in the works that they are unwilling to tell us about. My belief is that insiders are buying back shares, knowing that at some point they can show numbers that will drive the price in their favor. I want to be in on that move. Meanwhile, there are other stocks I can put my money into, other than one that moves back and forth between a half a penny over 5 years. My contention is that management sees those currently holding shares as their greatest opposition...ie, lets not share any information so shareholders get impatient and sell at these prices. This is the only theory that makes sense to me, though a sad commentary on the management of this company which could release legible PR's and allow the price to rise on consistent reporting. You will not hear anymore about smart cards in Turkey for a VERY long time...guaranteed!!
