Not necessarily, he may not have known back in June that the Walmart and other recent deals would explode demand and just needed funds to get through the 90 day period between, order and payment (Walmart likes generous terms, for example). He could have spoken too soon on market capitalization..

I mean if he wanted to do what you're suggesting, he has 250M left he could isssue, why only 51M? Maybe cause that's all he needs to get through this speed bump?
